I have been doing pt with Grace for just over 9 months and just started at one of her evening classes, grave is the most supportive trainers I’ve ever had. She has helped me to recover post injury and adapt exercises if it impacts on that injury.

Joining the HUB is simple, sign up and you will be charged £39 every 4 weeks. No contracts or minimum terms, its affordable and flexible just how we need it to be.
Suitable for beginners to advanced the workouts are designed to be performed at your own ability. If you want to you can add hand weights and a kettlebell to really work up a sweat.
